
When the utility completes it will notify you a file has been created and provide our direct email support address to send the file ( Please send the file to that address with ‘Ticket 147905’ in the subject line so we can match everything up. To help us do so please download and run our diagnostic utility PlugDebug -> with everything connected. If that helps, great! If not, we’ll want to examine some log files to see if they can tell us what is happening.

The ONLY WAY I could get my Magic Mouse 2 to work on the Windows 10 side of my MacBook Pro was to.ģ) REMOVE (not just disconnect) your Magic Mouse, from the Bluetooth devices.Ĥ) Turn Bluetooth service OFF completely.ĥ) Turn Off Magic Mouse (switch on bottom side)Ħ) Restart and boot into Windows 10 side.ħ) Navigate to START>SETTINGS>DEVICES>Add Bluetooth or other device>Choose Bluetooth(mouse) option.Ĩ) Turn Magic Mouse ON(switch on bottom side)ĩ) Windows Bluetooth should see and connect Magic Mouse 2.įor me anyway, it seems that anytime Bluetooth Service is ON (on the Mac side), regardless of which side of the partition you're booted in to.the Magic Mouse is "occupied" by Mac Os and WILL NOT WORK on the Windows 10 side. Just putting this out there because I found no other solutions that worked for me.
